Crafting Android apps that scale, ship, and last.

I'm an Android Developer based in Cairo, Egypt, with 2+ years of hands-on experience designing, building, and publishing production-grade mobile apps on the Google Play Store.

My toolbox revolves around Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and XML, layered on top of Clean Architecture with MVVM / MVI patterns. I love building real-time experiences with Socket programming, integrating SDKs like ZEGOCLOUD, Firebase, and Google Maps, and turning UI designs into pixel-perfect, performant screens.

I'm also working with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) to share business logic across Android and other targets — keeping codebases lean and consistent across platforms.

I'm currently open to remote opportunities and relocation.

    • Built a feature-rich Android app using Kotlin + XML under Clean Architecture for a scalable, testable codebase.
    • Engineered real-time communication features with Socket programming — low-latency device sync & live data streaming.
    • Integrated ZEGOCLOUD SDK for in-app voice & video calling, lifting user engagement.
    • Aligned API contracts with backend & UI/UX teams to deliver a seamless user experience.
    • Tested across multiple devices & OS versions, reducing crash rates and improving stability.

    • Built an e-commerce pharmacy app in Kotlin (MVI), integrating REST APIs for real-time catalog & order management.
    • Implemented a full cart system: quantity management, price calculation, and a clean checkout workflow.
    • Shipped bilingual EN / AR localization with full RTL layout support.
    • Integrated Firebase Cloud Messaging for order updates & promotional campaigns — boosting retention.
